Il nostro locale, gestito da Elena e dalle figlie, nasce nel 2013 dal sogno di Elena: poter rivivere la sua infanzia trascorsa nella trattoria dei nonni, e preparare per tutti i piatti che la sua nonna le cucinava. Al Capolinea Bistrot potrete respirare un’aria che profuma di casa e di famiglia, trovando un’atmosfera calda e accogliente.

Our Story
Our restaurant, run by Elena and her daughters, was born in 2013 from Elena’s dream: to be able to relive her childhood spent in her grandparents’ trattoria and prepare for everyone the dishes that her grandmother used to cook for her. At Capolinea Bistrot you can breathe the air of home and family, finding a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Per sottolineare il nostro impegno alla riscoperta dei sapori nel nostro menù potrai sempre trovare la süpa de scigulìtt, ossia la zuppa di cipolle di Brunate,tipico piatto della cultura Brunatese.
